I swear, I'm learning more from online teachings and tutorials then I ever did in college.

I have adhd so its hard for me to focus on longer videos, but your commentary is very exciting and fluid, keeping my interest in the video the whole way through.

I am laughing in how good this video is. You know you get the urge to laugh when you understand everything. This video has this vibe

Man....You're my hero.

It's really hard for me to learn animation because my father doesn't want me to, but now i have a slight access of how to do it, without enrolling myself in college. ❤

0:58 I didn't know flipping the bird with both hands was a sign of peace.

This is very helpful, I'm relatively new to animation and trying to make a portfolio for myself early so i have a better chance at making animation my career, I don't know much about animation vocabulary so you're content really helps! :)

I wanted to take animation classes in high school and college but they aren't offering any at the moment. These videos are perfect. Thank you Toniko!

Hey! So I just became a $20 patron.

I just wanted to say I really love your stuff and I appreciate you. Seeing your videos on animation technique and how to use After Effects have just been so amazing.

Thank you so much,
I wish you success!

I dove headfirst into my copy of the Animator's Survival Kit to learn more about breakdowns when you put out your inbetweens demo.

Glad to see you also did a breakdowns demo as well. I've been trying to include more breakdowns where I can in my own work. Doing so just brings so much more life into something. It's worth the effort.

Thanks for the video Toniko!

the whole “i understand/i know/ i get it” being the loop peak is cool but i like how he also points out that it’s a single point in time that defines them being stuck orrr determines what happens next

also his explanation of the loop being the result (routine realizations/remembering) of exploring your consciousness..
seems like doom thought but is also very interesting given how sensitive our human experiences are.

Thank you so much, not only are you the first one to actually make me understand what a breakdown is, you made me realize that i was mistaking them for keyframes and mucking up the whole way i was going about this 😭

Your videos are the most useful videos i've found on 2d animation. You explain everything well and show what you do which makes things so much easier to understand. I have been so confused about so many things but you've saved me. Thank you so so much!!

Love this one of the best I have seen on the topic. I'm a 3D animator that struggles a lot with timing and spacing. So I started researching how it's done in 2D and that led me here. 😊

I really want to learn this and understand the timing charts, so I can use the info in them when I find them online or on books.

This video is a treasure. If any college teaches like this I'd apply without thinking twice

I've just discovered your channel and I really liked every video I've watched so far. Being fresh new in the Animation industry as a developer, I think it's really exciting to know how animation is done whether it is 2D or 3D. Thanks for your videos!
