Iam celebrating 10years today of me starting slim in six and still doing it a few times a week sticking to it religiously, I stick to it because it works nothing else did, It has transformed my body Iam nearly 50 and I look better than I was in my thirties!, I dropped two dress sizes and can’t believe how I look ! I weigh the same as I did when I was in high school, I swear to god Iam not working for slim in six Iam a normal woman but if Debbie Siebers ever reads the comments thank you so much Debbie your an amazing woman, cardio core express is my favourite workout it demolished my back fat, and tummy and whittled down my waist to 27inches . Please if you want to change your body do this workout but you must be consistent!
