What's up guys! Today's video is snowboard exercises before the season. We give you 10 of the most important exercises to do for training to get in shape for snowboarding. Snowboard season is right around the corner, so we need to start directing our gym training towards snowboarding so that we can excel on the mountain and have the best snowboard season ever. We chose 10 must do exercises for snowboard training, and we give a full description on why we chose each movement, what we like about them, and what we look for. It's almost like having us there training with you! A lot of these exercises focus on lower body strength, plyometrics, power, core strength, and stability training. We don't have any mobility in here, but these exercises are carefully selected for the actual workout itself. Hopefully this helps!
