I live in Houston and used to attend Lakewood. God finally opened my eyes and gave me the wisdom to understand that wasn't the place for me and wasn't where his word was being preached and taught. It was a fun atmosphere, but I no longer wanted to go to church to have fun, and have my ears tickled.

I am bewildered at how Joel Olsteen doesn’t have even an iota of FEAR in mishandling the WORD OF GOD given the huge platform he commands! I certainly wouldn’t want to be in his shoes the day he stands before Almighty God to give an account for what he did with His Word!
