Actually you should leave „Significant Locations“ enabled. It’s required for optimized charging.
When you turn it of your iPhone won‘t enter optimized charging mode and just charge instantly.

loll. significant location to turn OFF ? Just this advice is enough to lose your followers. FYI- if optimized battery charging in ON then the significant location is required to be ON for adaptive charging.
