This definitely looks beautiful, restaurant quality. Personally I prefer a more "rustic" approach. Pan seared, incorporate the drippings into the sauce, no straining (get them bits in there), and FULL coverage of the meat with coarse cracked peppercorns. I LOVE that black pepper burn.

Josh, I’ve watched you for three years, but, I have a question: (my first time EVER using a comment, ever.)

I use a hibachi at home to cook…a lot. (I’m a ‘chef’, an engineer (sorry if you ever took a Boeing ☹️), and a sommelier.)

So, here I go…

What’s the best way for us to cook our steak on a (I use whole wood) hibachi?
