you need to coat the top with resin or something water resistant, right now it is definitely not functional because you wont be able to clean stuff out of the pores

I just print the part 5%larger with 20% infil, add some spruces, throw it in paper cup/box with plaster and once it solidifies melt the plastic out in furnance. Much quicker and more quality than the sand mould for the inexperienced like me.
