For someone who started Keto to loose weight, i must say Coke Zero was such a help to let go those sugar cravings once in a while. I am not it's better for you but it's far better than regular coke and other sugar filled drinks.

I don’t drink any sodas anymore. I found Coke Zero was giving me stomach issues and just stopped all together. I stick to water now that’s it. It really helps with controlling my blood sugar. Right now I’m pre diabetic
