You forgot to mention yellow tea Becky! Yellow tea is produced similarly to green tea, except the leaves are allowed to sit damped until they turn yellow, before they are dried. This makes yellow tea taste slightly sweeter and less grassy, then green tea, thanks to this minor oxidation process.

try tea the Sudanese way ( Black tea with mint)and your choice of spices (Cinnamon, cloves , cardamom or fenugreek ) With morning tea milk will be added like mine with mint and cardamom taste really good .

I'm a huge HUGE fan of "Golden Needle" black tea from China. Sweet black tea flavour, on a milder side, very aromatic. It's just as good sniffing it as it is drinking it, and it provides me ample kick to wake me up in the morning. Love it!

You can tell you've worked as a news presenter! You're able to make something really informative very interesting at the same time. I didn't realise there were so many types of tea! I live close to tregothnan tea in Cornwall that are the only growers of English tea. it's brilliant you'd love it.

Amazing, so much information! I actually hated tea when I was younger, but after spending a month in the UK (I'm from Germany ;) I just love tea! Nothing better than a tea in the morning and at bedtime :)
