Netherlands doesn't produce 70% of all bacon in the world. It produces 16% ranked 3rd. After USA and Canada

I mean, many of these are outright wrong (like 50% urban legends) but it was still entertaining nonetheless. This list does seem lazily slapped together after 2 minutes of Googling and zero fact checking though.

Just a few to mention, Russia doesn’t make most of the earths oxygen because most of the oxygen in the world isn’t made by trees at all. Plankton in the worlds oceans make just under 70% of the worlds oxygen.

Oceania has nearly 50 active volcanoes, it’s one of the worlds most volcanically active regions. It’s also not a continent.

Watermelons aren’t cube shaped in Japan, they’re regular melon shaped but you can buy differently shaped ones which have been in a mould in most countries.

Kissing was only banned in England very briefly during a plague but wasn’t written into official legislation. Also in England, you’re correct, is IS illegal to slap someone with an eel, or slap them with anything or slap them with nothing. Because that’s assault.

Most of the worlds bacon comes from the US (and is eaten by them) not the Netherlands.

The worlds longest road isn’t that one in Canada, it’s the Pan American which starts in Alaska and goes all the way down to Argentina.

..anyway.
