Portuguese is also an official language in Guiné-Bissau, São Tomé e Príncipe and East Timor. So it’s not official in only 5 countries but rather 8.

You should have also mentioned Canada's other land border. It is the 3rd shortest in the world.

It is with Denmark. it is 1280meters long, it is on Hans Island in the Arctic.

King George V was never at war with Nazi Germany. He was at war with the German Empire, ruled at the time by his first cousin Kaiser Wilhelm ii. The war with Nazi Germany was the second world war, which began in 1939. George V died in 1936. Also, " Santo Domingo" can also be translated as "Saint Dominic.

😱😱😱 05:09 This is just wrong. Although George V was at war with Germany during the FIRST World War (1914-1918), he was NEVER at war with Nazi Germany, as he died in 1936, and World War II only started in 1939, at which time George VI was king.
As for Ireland, it was partitioned in 1922 into Northern Ireland (6 counties), and the Irish Free State (36 counties) which would become the current country of Ireland. Although it was not declared independent by the British until 1948, Ireland abolished the monarchy in 1936 and adopted its new constitution in 1937. They did not declare war on Germany because they were no longer British subjects.

Hi! The island shared by Dominican Republic and Haiti is also called Santo Domingo or Hispaniola. The natives before colonization called the island Quisqueya that means Mother of all islands in Taino language.
Also, 10:26 Taínos gave the world sweet potatoes, peanuts, guava, pineapple and tobacco—even the word 'tobacco' is Taíno in origin!

Almost 5, 000 Irish joined the Allies to fight the Axis Powers in World War 2. Ireland helped the Allies with intelligences, weather forecasts, and opening up shipping routes. Many ships from the USA first stopped in Ireland.
Ireland was suppressed by the Brits for centuries, and their Civil War with Britian only ended six years earlier. Officially, they couldn't look like they were on England's side. In reality, their help was crucial to turning the tide. So please give Ireland some credit and slack.

Correction for 10:23
Technically, "Saint Sunday" is the literal translation but
the name is actually derived from a Spanish saint
named "St. Domingo/Dominic de/of Guzman"
which is which the Dominican Republic's name is that.

Great video but I have to correct you on 2 things:
The longest coastline depends a lot on how you are measuring it, but I think that Norway has the longest one.
The lowest temperature was -71° in oymyakon in Russia.
But as an Italian I have to confirm that "dai" means come on 😂

Technically... the Swiss and Vatican City flags are still rectangular as all squares are rectangles

Sao Tome and Principe and East Timor speak Portugese.
The flag of Malta features a dragon in the emblem as well.
The shortest land border is between Morocco and Spain.
The flags of Vatican and Switzerland ARE rectangular since all squares are rectangles.

While set of the 3 artifacts that were discovered in Iraq in 1936 were called the Baghdad Battery, there was never a battery in the items. There have been many expirments and recreations of this item, but the results are inconclusive at best. To quote Professor Elizabeth Stone in 2012, who is an expert on Iraqi archeology, who returned from the first archeological expedition there in 50 years, "[she] does not know a single archaeologist who believed that these were batteries." That includes archeologists of many nations - including Iraq who are experts in their field.
