A quick and challenging 20-minute Bodyweight Interval Workout that you can do anywhere on your holidays – whether that be the beach, your hotel room or local gym!
In this session we focus on the UPPER BODY.
As always, check in with a doctor if you are ill, pregnant or injured before you give any exercise video a go. With that being said, please listen out for any of the modifications I explain in the video that best suit your body.
