Brian's grip is a weapon. Holding people outside of the straps, and putting them in uncomfortable hand positions, will give him an advantage.

Give Brian 6 weeks training with Neil and he'll look like a "natural" just like Eddie did. Neil is the best coach. He transformed the way Eddie moves at the table in 6 weeks, he can do the same with Brian. 3 days with Devon is just going to confuse any new armwrestler, he sucks at teaching new armwrestlers, always has and he even admits it. Meanwhile Neil was actually putting Eddie through drills and making him do the basics over and over again instead of talking philosophy with weird metaphors and focusing on a bunch on a bunch of nuanced setup cheating stuff like Devon did, which just made Brian foul out trying to emulate lol.

People judging Devon’s coaching. Devon and Brian both said Devon and Auden were only with Brian for a few days, less than a week by the sounds of it. Brian was training with someone else. Neil was with Eddie the whole 5-6 weeks.

Eddie would have won if he slipped and went in strap, he was completely underrated. both guys are a threat I think

Brian for sure followed Devon's advice. He was going backwards in the start and making Eddie chase him. Even setting his hand on the opposite side of Eddie's hand made Eddie chase Brian. He kept height and drilled Eddie's fingers. I think Brian did a great job just a few mistakes. Eddie came in looking good with excellent fighting spirit.

Does nobody remember Eddie Hall dabbled in the sport years back with Devon, Michael Todd, and even was planning on having a WAL supermatch with RVJ? He isn't "5 weeks in"

I agree, right now Brian is not ready for Kirill..not yet

No Larry. No Neil. That's silly. He's only going to get better. Also Krill has been training for 5 6 years? That's not fair at all. If Brian had that time He kill him-

A couple years and he'll be elite

Well done both athletes. It’s great that Brian is bringing more attention to this sport! Hopefully he can encourage some younger guys from the strongman world across. It would be amazing to see Tom Stoltman or Mitch Hooper get involved. With enough training they could actually take on Levan.

Brian just needs table time, The reality is he is so massive he just isn’t comfortable at the table.

In the next yr I see him being a top contender, So much mass, So much strength…….He just has to get table time.

Would actually be fun to see Brian take on some top middleweight professionals too and see where he stacks up!

Let’s be honest Eddie only won 1 round. Fouling out in a round is you beating yourself. Brian just needs to be more vocal with the refs.

Brian needs to use his grip strength period. That is a strength of his. Brian needs to train with Neil for real. Devon is a great puller not such a great teacher.

Yes Brian surprised a lot of us. But, make no mistake Brian was and will be a force.

I think Brian needs to keep Devan as his trainer look at Auden Auden hasn't been training but for 3 years and he's already winning against really good arm wrestlers.. Devan is the Michael Jordan of arm wrestling. Brian can be Kobe.

Eddie is one of those 1 in a million athletes. He can do everything well. Brian is 1 in a million in his build. I believe in Brian. But he isn't as naturally athletic as eddie. It will take time.

Teaching is a different skill, Neil is a great coach, Devon is of course one of the most knowledgeable guys in aw but not a great coach, his training methods are advanced and a beginner will get confused, Brian seriously needs to train like Levan, that style of training will suit Brian way better

EXACTLY! When Devon told the guy with best grip strength in the world to NEVER hold on I cringed so hard inside.

Brian needs to get john at his gym, big strong hands!!! John can show brian how to use all that power in his arm and hand better than anyone
