The answer is NO TIME and I did it with no withdrawals. Leave to someone who never had withdrawals to set standards for it. No one is going to want to quit if they know they have to go thru withdrawal. I have talked my self blue in the face telling doctors how to microdose into suboxune while tapering off fentanyl. Day 6 I was off the fent. NO WITHDRAWALS.

Some people say you can take suboxone while still using to avoid withdrawals but some say it’s not true. Nobody knows if their heroin has fentanyl in it so how do you know when to start taking suboxone so you don’t feel like dying?

Start your sub dosing really really small like .125mg then wait half an hour and you feel no PWDs take another.125 mg then increase like this wait half an hour in between Dosing
.25mg wait half an hour then
.5mg wait half an hour then
1mg wait half an hour then
2mg wait half an hour
At any stage if you start to get WDs wait an hour to 2 hours then start young your dose again by the same ratios
It has worked for me and I have done it many times

Question I took my last narco pill at 11pm, so 11 hours then I started my Suboxone 4mg about 10a.m, I felt really good after, then about 8:40 pm 10 hours later I took another 2mg felt good still but hard time sleeping. How long should I wait to take my next 4 mg dose. Thank u

There is so much confusing info. In general it says you have to wait 12 to 24 hrs from your last dose before startinf suboxone....and thats for shorter acting opioids like heroin. Then Ive also read that even after 24 hrs some ppl have gone into precip wd from taking subs too soon. I mean most ppl including myself are not going to wait 24 to 36 hrs or two whole days dying in wd before we take suboxone. We are trying to avoid the withdrawal in the first place. Thats why we are going on subs. Subs do work and will give u your life back its just that initial induction phase....its ridiculous to have to wait that long. Methadone is better in that sense but suboxone is better long term i think. Ive been on both and do prefer suboxone. But having to wait 24 hrs or more while dying in wd is pretty absurd and kinda defeats the purpose. You would think by now there would more better options available.
