This happened before when i ordered a switch game. Just call them or chat and let them know it came empty. I used to work for amazon and they strive for 100% customer satisfaction so they'll definitely send you a new one. Contact amazon before considering talking to the seller directly

This has now happened twice to me with video games. Today again I got a jewel case with no game. Amazon refunded and sent me a new one.
