I’m an artist, and I’ve taken a lot of classes over the years (I’m 52). No instructors have ever taught this. Thank you so much! Any more video ideas on this would be very appropriated.

This was very nice to help one get started. It’s also nice to see other artists help one get going on their own without feeling insecure. Good job!👏

I have started working on the 2nd part to this. I’m hoping to put it out on Sunday Dec 9 2018 😁

Showing up on time, keeping your promises, and having the best customer service where you ask questions and LISTEN.... that is better than 90% of most creative people :)

Thank you so much!!! I figured alot of this out through years of trial and error, I really appreciate you spelling it out for other artists. What a great resource. I will be showing this at my university. Hope to see your work in person one day!

This was so good and so helpful. I’m out of Spokane and have been a muralist for 5 years now and learned a lot from your positive attitude. I have a ton of respect for all the effort you put into everything you do 💪🏽🙏🏽 good stuff

I think the easiest is to actually get your first job for a mural. I always dreamed on painting murals, then I won a design competition for a mural and that got me into more jobs! that first person who believed in me was the first stone, but it gave me also the backup for saying "hey I know how to do this and now I can offer something that fits your needs"
also the "get good advise", no one is gonna hire you for that kind of big job if your designs aren't good.

You're awesome Ten Hun! Keep doing you man. Your videos are extremely helpful for up and coming artists, like myself. Stay positive and keep on painting!

I just wanna say I really appreciate you being so open and helpful to new/struggling artists. I'm still young at 18 but growing up it was common place to contact an artist for help and tips or just general questions on where they got supplies and so many times they'd ignore you or turn you away under the excuse that they don't share their secrets. As a kid it was kinda disheartening. It's nice to get some true, well intentioned advice 💟

Thank you! I just spent the past few weeks restoring a huge mural in Tahoe that I did about 10 years ago. I remembered how much I love doing that and am thinking I should do more, so these were very helpful tips. I love your work, so awesome! My sister lives in Seattle, so I will have to come try to check some of it out in person when I am up there next.

All good advice, I've done murals for years, all over the country and Canada. I'm retired due to disabilities, but you are spot on, all good advice.
I'm over on the Peninsula, next time I'm in Seattle I'll be watching for your work.

I found you literally yesterday, i live in China and I am constantly looking for inspiring artists, and you have become one of my favorite, thanks for the great advise, it is good stuff, I am still behind catching up watching your videos, but so far i enjoy not only your art style but your personality. Big kudos from the other side of the world. Looking forward to learn a lot from you, pick up your brain on art stuff that I am interesting in. Take care and looking forward to seeing much more of you here.
