Doctor in this video 8.40 discussing Osteoporosis you mention a study that used 90mg of Phytoestrogens over 6 months with good results. In your other video to do with Phytoestrogens and Uterine Cancer risk at 10.15 you show cases with adverse effects. Case 1 used 40mg of soy isoflavones a day. In this video you discuss how the amounts taken are important. If 40mg was a high level for Case 1 then is 90mg a seriously high level to take? Im confused. I have a uterine polyp, my mother had endometrianal cancer. Im trying to help my osteoporosis (-3) and avoid medications.

In my experience, phytoestrogens are bad for you. They cause weight gain, nausea, bloating, swelling and tenderness in the breasts. I did not not take them for menopause symptoms since I had no symptoms at all. I just took them because they are supposedly good for you, so why not. I remember how flax made me feel totally like pregnant when I was 30. Of course I stopped it. I am 63 now.
