In this video, I am learning a new step. This is a major accomplishment because 2 years ago, I had an ankle injury and could not do this step. I had challenging with this step because of balancing issues. As it appears, this step is risky and very easy. My goal is to be able to stay up for at least 4 seconds. I will work on this gradually until I get it.
