The World Health Organisation has suggested that between 10-50% of Australian buildings may be adversely impacted by the presence of mould. Consequently, mould-related illness or Chronic Inflammatory Respiratory Syndrome (CIRS) is something that practitioners are seeing an increase of in clinic – and we are aware of now more than ever on the back of the recent floods.

We chat with Dr Sandeep Gupta, integrative GP and leading expert in Australia on mould and biotoxin illness to learn more about how to recognise and support our clients affected by water damaged buildings.

This was an amazing interview - thank you! I am on my own journey with mould illness and it is great to hear how a diagnosis can be made from a detailed client history and listening to your client. I wish that all GPs were made to listen to this interview and then maybe patients like myself could get somewhere with their regular GPs.
