Sorry, but this isn’t necessarily true. Speaking from lots of experience, what it comes down to at the end of the day is the total amount of work you do. You can hit the gym 6 days a week alternating between upper and lower body or whatever. If you do 2-3 full body workouts a week, it’s the same thing. Even better because you have more recovery time and can focus on other things like cardio / conditioning on days you don’t hit the weights. The best muscle and strength gains I ever got, undisputedly, was training twice a week, full body. It was a guaranteed PR every week. And I was already well advanced (not a novice)

Sorry but not all of us have four to five days to workout three max sometimes cause my work schedule is everywhere at times.

I’m doing a 5 day a week program. It’s definitely working but I have a feeling I’m not training certain muscle groups enough. Does training biceps one day a week help even at all?

Shred. I train for around 2 hours every morning no days off and I give each muscle group 2 day rest.

Man, it's wild if you're shredded you're natty, and if you're not, then you're a natural.

Eventually, he'll be at a point where he'll be viewed as someone that uses steroids even though he'll be natty. 🤣People in the fitness community can be wild.
