How I practice is that i pick up the guitar and just start playing guitar. Changing the chords and strumming patterns as I feel like. Then if I'm struggling on a chord, what i do is the put in the chord in the middle. I'm working on one chord change per second. So if I can't get to that chord nicely every second then I just keep that in mind. And all along I'm making music. It's sounds musical whatever garbled mess I come up with. I practice throughout the day. Waiting for the delivery guy, waiting for my tea to cook, listening to the news. Whatever
