Merhabalar,
ayni sorunu yasiyorum. Bende sanirim cok sorunlu islemler yaptim (dmasiz 3 ir sensör ve, 3 servo, 3 led ve 1 step motor baglamak gibi) mcu ile. Artik baglanti hatasi veriyor. Keildan resete basili tutarak load yapip, sonra karta baglanabiliyorum ama bana 1 islem hakki veriyor sonra utility yine ayni sorunu veriyor.
Videoda yaptiginiz islemi stm32f100rb de yapmaya calistim ama olmadi. 3 adet jumper var CN3 yazan 2 li jumper ve JP1 idd isimli tek jumper var. Hepsini deneyip hatasiz baglanmaya calistim ama olmadi. Bir fikriniz var mi bu sorunu f100rb de düzeltmek icin? Cünkü cok fazla vakit aliyor bu sekilde calismak.

Benzer sorunu yaşadım. Fakat benim çözümüm farklı oldu. Harici bir kaynakla, 5V girişinden besleme yaptım. Sorun çözüldü.
Zaten güç LEDi de çok parlak yanmıyordu. Sanırım aldığım ST-LINK/V2, karta yeterli gücü sağlayamıyor.
