Hi, I did all the steps, but in the end, instead of programming with ST Link Utility and ST-link V2, I used STM32 Flash Loader and USB to TTL, and apparently the file was transferred, but it didn't work. Does the HEX file only need to be transferred via ST-Link for it to work?

nice video thanks, just a head's up before trying this just remove the cover from the St-link v2 and look the ship if it is a STMF103c8T6 it should work with regular method like the official one. In the case of GD..or other replica this method would work as well was arduino 2.xx it has a compatible generic board list of F1, f2, f3 and f4 stm32 based boards.

I've just replaced the fake STM chip in the ST-Link with the original, and it works fine, but supposedly if you change the Shared option in Cube Programmer from Disabled to Enabled it should also work on the fake STM chip in the ST-Link.
