How sleeping on the floor completely changed my life. (as a student)

Here is me sharing my experience so far of sleeping on the floor in 2024, showcasing some points on how it is a great edition to my morning routine, how disicipline is inobled and the countless benefits that comes with sleeping on the floor/ground... :)

I started floor sleeping maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago. I have tiled floors so laid some towels down, a underlay and a mattress topper. Just enough to stop the cold coming through and what i feel mimics sleeping on a carpet floor or grass in terms of firmness but not super hard like a rock and air flow under for moisture reasons. Back feels great. Fall asleep so so fast. Sometimes wake up more often but turn and instantly asleep again. I bought a childs playmat to try as well, but i need to get rid of my bed first. So far i love it!
