Exactly!! This is what I learned yesterday in my memory foam mattress bed, after having slept on the floor for two weeks: I have no feeling of proprioception on a memory foam mattress! I felt no pressure at all and I didn't know where my body was! It was crazy mentally uncomfortable! I couldn't fall asleep so I went back to the floor (not a pure floor, though. I use thick yoga mat and a folded blanket). I cover myself with a weighted blanket, so this way I can totally feel my body and I receive pressure from both sides.

Sleeping on the floor is great for back pain and breathing ive done it for months and feel 100 times more rested then when i was on a bed.

I'm tired of seeing positive comments saying "doing the thing in this video helped me so much"

I've been sleeping on the floor for the past few days. One without pillow and one with. I can not discern any noticeable positive differences. In fact, where as before I had no noticeable pains or discomforts upon awakening, now I have one in my neck and in my back. It goes away not too long after. But the sleep quality is also not there. I'm still waking up tired. Oh well. I suppose I'm onto the next possible solution to my sleep problems -- been having them for my whole adult life.

Sleeping on the floor/hard surface is literally the ideal sleep for humans and other mammals, just don't fool anyone else with your stupid shorts, no exercise or bed will correct your posture like sleeping on floor
