Also, Windows 10 does have a startup sound, but it is disabled by default and once enabled, it is the Vista/7 startup sound. There is also no shutdown sound, if there was it would be the Vista/7 shutdown sound.

Longhorn shutdown and many other sounds from that OS are from a Samsung custom theme or one of their phones (Samsung Blackjack I think) (one of the sounds for the device connect is Cosmic Radio from Samsung Galaxy).

Windows NT 5.0 had another fake shutdown sound, which was the startup sound but in reverse.
Also some earlier windows sounds videos also claimed that Whistler used XP sounds, even though it used 2000/ME sounds until build 2481.

the first FAKE windows 1.0 startup sound is actually from windows 95 startup sound high-pitched and cut at the few first seconds

The Orgin of Windows 1.0 Fake Startup is the one Second in the Windows 95 but in Low Pitch.
