Thank you. These shorts mean so much. I'm growing broccoli in containers for the very first time. I know nothing. One tip really will help me; leave the plant when after I remove the head. Now all I need is for it to get a head! 😊🥰😍

Can you explain the 3rd tip a little more? Exactly where is the top leaf I need to cut?

Long time listener, first time caller. 😊

For tip number 2 I'm confused about "once you remove the main head...".
Could you say more about the context here?
Thanks!

Tip 4: dont get greedy and repeatedly try to give it one more day before harvest. If you let it go for too long, each one of those teeny tiny balls that collectively make up the florets, the ones with the more greyish-purple lines will open up into tiny little flowers almost overnight, and you will lose about half of it.

I successfully grew Broc this year and once they started to give me broccoli, the cabbage worms got them and all my cauliflower and cabbage around it 😣
