In the job description, would it be better to put in a paragraph or a bullet list style?

If we are applying for jobs online and it asks to upload CV/Resume then what should be upload as the CV is always more than 1 page.
Moreover, what should be the file name of CV/Resume if we are applying for more than 1 job on the portal and the CV/Resume are not same for both jobs?

So what if you are applying for a job in 2020, but the most relevant work experience happened in 2005. Can you put that on top as relevant work experience and then put the rest on the bottom as additional work experience, even though it won't be in chronological order anymore?

Can I make the skills bold on my resume when I am putting information on my specific job experience? So that I do not have to write a separate skills section?
