How to Safely Pass a Person Riding a Bicycle

This short video shows how to safely pass a bicyclist and other vulnerable road users (people on foot, bicycle, scooter, in a wheelchair, or otherwise not in a car, bus, or truck).

This video was developed by the New Jersey Safe Routes Resource Center at Rutgers University, on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Transportation with funds from the Federal Highway Administration.
