This quick practice is set to beautiful piano music to help us move with feeling as we dance. 💃

Without getting overwhelmed trying to learn the names of each step right away as a beginner,
I want you to move as I do and allow yourself to just dance. We want to dance first, think later. 😉

The basics of ballet are so important. Whether you are a beginner learning to dance or trying to get nice and fit, mastering the basic steps will help you activate the right muscles to tone and shape your body and also seamlessly put together a beautiful dance.
