I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

My small advice for everyone : pls don't spend more than 25k on a phone irrespective of how rich you are. After that 25k point the only thing that really improves is the camera. If you are really into clicking pictures then buy a real camera.

But i love crypto then stocks
crypto 60%, Stocks 30%, cash 10%
My Crypto protfolio 40% down but invest everytime when I gets money and stocks market low risk and low return so i invest only 30%.

Never invest in pension / savings fund..
