Diagnostic tool vs old school diagnostics, Right, I'm going on a mission to fine test and learn how to use and get the best out of low budget Diagnostic tools, also how it compares to old school diagnostics and using the process of elimination. Lastly can the to work together giving the best of both worlds

Thank for you Vlog. I am also old school in trying to analyse the symptoms. I am also in transition to the scan tool way. Keep up the good work. ATM I am impatiently waiting for the cat delete pipes with resonators and C pipes to come. I would like to put the Circuit Werks catback muffler back and and hoping it will not drone or too loud with the new resonators in. The plenum splittter is working great but I think it is lacking top end due to the restrictive flow of the OEM muffler. My exhaust system will have all SS headers, catless with resonators, C pipes and the catback mufflers. It will be a few kilos lighter too. It should rev linear from low to top end I hope. Your thoughts please.😊

Inetresting approach Paul and I believe the 2 methods can work alongside one another as the crucial part as you say is being able to interpret data / graphs etc and put them to practical use with experience gained the old fashioned way... coincidentally I had a CEL come up this morning (2nd time in about 6 months) I reset with my OBD2 and it said the same as last time O2 heater circuit bank1 sensor1 Obviously an O2 sensor but which one and do you think it could be a fault in the supply to the sensor heater or more likely the sensor ?

BTW of you remember mines an 04 so has the 4 sensor arrangement)
