this was bittersweet because its obviously cool to see the old badass side of thorfinn but then you remember he's trying to overcome his past of extreme violence and no longer wants to hurt people. this side of him is something he doesnt want to associate with and it must feel terrible to realize its not only still there but still has powerful influence over him.

This episode showed just how Empty Thorfinn Was and Is. Thorfinn himself says, "Without his anger he's empty." Vinland Saga is a Masterpiece and that punch was simply beautiful. Absolute Peakland Saga...

I love the development of Thorfinn who is a pacifist Chad, but those workers honestly deserved it, no one is our enemy, but they, they make me angry.

What the workers did to Einar and Thorfinn's fields was cruel. For no specific reason, only to make them more miserable. So it's debatable to feel about Thorfinn being violet again.
