Keratosis pilaris / chicken skin / strawberry skin is a very common concern. It appears as rough, bumpy skin with redness in some cases.

The basis of Ketosis pilaris treatment is to make sure that the skin is always nourished and not dry, and to make sure the dead skin cell build-up is taken care at regular intervals.

➡️ The protocol that helps in reducing the roughness and inflammation under the skin is :
