If my landlord takes me off the rental agreement what should I do? We are going to court and during this process the landlord retaliated and is texting to take my name off the rental agreement due to rent control that I won. They are not yalkingto me at all. Thank you. this is great info. However, at the beginning you allowed the petition to speak and then cross examined. At the end you say, "dont be nice and let her speak." This seems like gamble and like you stated, we would have to know how the court would take to an early objection. But this leaves me stuck... Speak up and object..or wait??
