Hi my ex girlfriend recently got a tro on me and the PFA hearing is in July. She claimed I assaulted her in March which is not true and I called the police that day she did not. Police interviewed us both and nobody was arrested or charged. After that we actually got back together weeks later. I have tons of texts after that point and up to a a point of like a month before she filed for the pfa. Lots of texts proving we were meeting up, texts of her saying she loves me, she definitely has feelings for me, she misses me, when I am coming back, etc etc etc. We were together many times after March in April and May. Went out on dates and stayed at her house and she stayed with me at hotels and my home. Is this relevant the text messages? I would certainly think so. You don't come back to someone several times that you claimed assaulted you and you need protection from.

If they cheat and regret it and it shows cause to hurt you and kick you out, absolutely its relevant and the main cause, its a 2 way street.

I took out a preliminary protective order against a neighbor down the street who also has a warrant out on her for stalking. Over the past week, she has posted our name and address on her Instagram account, and called us racial names. Would this allowed to show the judge there is a pattern of domestic abuse? She has had many PPOs against her from alot of my neighbors, so wouldn't it be relevant to bring that up to show a pattern? 2. Approx. 3 months after that hearing, I went to the top of the street, saw a stranger's car in our driveway, went to look at it, went up the first 3 of 5 steps to our front door, and saw my daughter was home from college. I deduced that my daughter was given a brand new car. So I left.

3. Unbeknownst to me, my wife has installed a Blink camera and they saw me breach the curtilage.

4. She filed for another OP now, claiming I am stalking them.
