I got denied ex parte based on human rights for the defendant. I then went to court represented myself and won my order.

What if you requested the judge to view the evidence and judge refused to provide any evidence instead granted permanent restraining order AND we share a child AND mom has abducted child overseas AND case is still pending final judgement re divorce. California courts are truly horrific.

Hi just wanted to know if this was considered stalking last year I got a tpo on my next door neighbor and we went to court he admitted to putting me under surveillance with his cell phone for 4 years straight and the judge let him off with a warning stating that he has to cease and desist on the surveillance. Now he is back taking pictures and videos of my residence all Hours of night from 7pm to 6am! Is this considered stalking? can I re open my case?

What if a judge signed a tpo against me with no accusations of any act of violence? It was used to skirt the dispossessory steps in Georgia code...?

If you dump your ex because you cheated then ghost him after 7 years and he keeps calling you to find out why doesn't make it right to get a restraining order. Just be honest or partially honest will go a long way and less stress on the both of you. Trust me im going through that sht right now. And i think she attempted a restraining order. Its just that i never threatened her called her bad names or stalked her. But i would like my stuff back like 1000$s worth of tools and my dog back.

Other than suggesting a failure to obtain an ex parte restraining order is not a good omen for being able to obtain an extended one, there was nothing of value in this attorney's advice.

my cousin a retried sergeant major (E9) was presented with one of these in florida. his "crime" of stalking. giving a rose to the front desk clerk (female) at the gym he was a member at.

then a respectful, maturity properly phrased holiday card. nothing threatening, basically happy holidays.

does the gym manager speak to my cousin? nope. the gym manger and all knew he was retired military with repeated deployments in iraq. did they care or try to "head off" anything? nope.

gets the subpoena with a 100lb..21yoa "sheriff" at his front door with neighbor gawking and watching. typical classy "legal" america, at work.

she claimed in court; she was "terrified" that my cousin might come to her university campus. of which, he never once stepped foot on, ever. yes "terrified".

my cousin, never arrested and more medals on his chest than joints that the victim smoked in college.

the elder male judge dismissed the claim. which was proper. this was almost 3 yrs ago.

my cousin, within 5 months, sold his home, condo, belongings..after 25yrs active military. moved to the philippines. bought a condo, beautiful, caring 29yoa fillipina wife and yes, a dog.

wore on the graves of the women and men he lost in iraq (and he served in afghanistan) that he would never, ever spend a penny in the US again or step foot on the soil here.

society gets radical, vague and "female" orientated laws of basically whatever they (female) says in lies or truth is takes as gospel and society lost the presence and respect of a man (or "respondent" as he was referred to as) forever.

my cousin states every day outside the US is paradise and each penny of his US earned pension spent outside the US is his was of being "reflecting" on him being dragged into court on the frivolous and groundless claims of "a" claimed victim.

but that is claimed "law" in the US and florida. too 'boot. the "victim" received free assistance from a victims advocate group. organized all her, very limited documents and provided and attorney free of charge during the proceeding.

my cousin. free assistance? no, way:

a local attorney cut him a break from $750 to $500 hence military (again, so nice). yes respondent and the claimed "victim" reality in court. $500 of pension money gone to "mr" legalman to defend your rights, name and freedom.

do not "buy" this blanked DV laws folks...do not think they are balanced, fair and appropriate-especially to adult males. don't.

but if you also get entangeled in this mostly legal "bs" remember:

there is "a" lawyer, for revenue and profit--that will assist and "help" you.
