In the case of Game of Thrones, TWO people screwed up by thinking they were capable of producing and writing landmark television when all they were truly capable of was parking cars for the cast and crew.
Benioff and Weiss will go down in history as allowing their inexperience, arrogance and greed to ruin the best show ever created.

The Tower of Joy is only mentioned once in the books during a Ned POV chapter where he’s delusional, hurt and imprisoned. His fever dream is not nearly as detailed as what is shown by his and Bran’s dreams in the show.

7:55 "All it takes is for one person to screw up." Reminds me of the first episode of Wheel of Time where the main character Rand is wearing a store-bought wool sweater. Somehow, it is justified by him being a sheep herder. The reason only he has one and none of the other characters do is because he lives outside of town from the others. Sorry, if his business is in any way successful, he would be selling the wool to those in town so they'd have it, too. Fact that the sweater still has the Walmart price tag on it makes it even worse.
