I got the starstorm glitch but I didn't know you would have to reset the game so i went back to my old savestate and tried doing it again but I didn't get the glitch anymore...

@3:59 Frank can be hit by hypnosis, you'll naturally have it at this point in the game. It just doesn't work every time.
