For those who want a substitution for the cashews...white beans are great! They're creamy, CHEAP, and won't send those with nut allergies into anaphylactic shock 😊

The four ingredients are: (1) soaked/boiled cashews, (2) nutritional yeast, (3) vegetable bouillon/stock, & (3) minced garlic/garlic powder! Blend and enjoy~ Thanks, Rose!!!

This is by far the best Vegan Alfredo sauce I've made and only 4 ingredients. I've struggled with getting off the cheese because I love cheese so much. My family, who are cheese lovers and not trying to go vegan, said that I will never find a substitute for dairy cheese, all love this vegan alfredo sauce. This is my saving grace. Thank you so much for this recipe.

This is hands down the BEST vegan creamy pasta sauce! I sauté the minced garlic prior to adding it to the blender and it adds so much more flavor (you can also roast a bulb of garlic in the oven) I eat this all the time it’s soo good 😫

I made this a few days ago and it REALLY ROCKS IN TASTE !!!! I also just happened to have a guest that day and she tried it and she was begging to give her the recipe .. My kids loved it to ... this is truly a MAJOR "HIT" in taste and texture .... Thumbs UP !!!!

I used warm almond milk instead of water to kick the creamy up a notch. This is an amazing sauce! Thank you as always for sharing with us.

I have tried this recipie but I've added other things like coconut milk (8 oz can), Italian seasoning and turmeric. turns into a gorgeous sauce. Italian seasoning and tumeric I add a table spoon of both into the sauce and it makes it so delicious. I love this recipe for it's flexibility and the ability to add what ever I feel is needed to make it that much more delicious for me and my family.

if you use cashew butter, you can actually whisk all of the ingredients together and skip the soaking/needing a blender

I'm from the states but am currently living in a small city in Ecuador as an English teacher. Eating vegan is very easy where I live however access to things like beyond meat patties, vegan desserts and other things is really hard to come by. I love pasta and a creamy vegan sauce is something I can never find here. I've made some from scratch using almond milk but it's not the same. However, I can find all these ingredients in bigger cities and I can't wait to try this out soon. Thank you so so much Rose! <3

This is the best vegan pasta I’ve ever had!🤩 I put salt&pepper and cherry tomatoes in the souce, and fresh basil on top. It was amazing!
