The aspect ratio of an image describes the proportional relationship between its width and its height. A photo with an aspect ratio of 4 by 3 is turned into an aspect ratio of 16 by 9 (wide screen) using Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.

use selection tool go up to style select fixed ratio type in width just to the left 16 type in length 19 select crop tool done this is not a good tutorial

This method will distort the image. If that's acceptable to you then go ahead. A much better way would be cropping.

So you completely fuck up all the picture, because the picture is squashed or squeezed? So, for example, car tyres become ovals, right? Yeah, nice tutorial!
