Ovatrophin PMG:

In this video, we’re going to talk about what to do if you had your ovaries removed.

30% of women have their ovaries removed.

The symptoms of ovariectomy can be:
• Significant loss of bone in your spine
• Vaginal dryness
• Depression
• Low libido
• Hot flashes

There are 5 things you can do to promote a healthy body if you had your ovaries removed:

1. Pomegranate seeds/oil - Pomegranate contains many phytonutrients that mimic estrogen.

2. Flaxseed oil - Flaxseed oil can be used as a natural version of HRT.

3. Tribulus - This is a natural compound that can increase FSH, which supports the adrenal and pituitary hormones.

4. Wild yams - This can help reduce the symptoms of estrogen withdrawal.

5. Ovatrophin PMG - This is a product from a company called Standard Process. It is a glandular extract that can really help those who don’t have ovaries.

Give these tips a try and let me know how they work for you.

I had a full hysterectomy over 20 yrs ago. I'm having bone loss and I can't walk straight. I'm angry that I was deceived into having this surgery. Ty Dr Berg for sharing theses health foods I'll look into them!

I'm 71 and had mine removed at 28. I stopped the hormone replmnt. My moods were so bad, didn't understand why. I'm actually crying writing this after watching your video, Dr Berg. If I hadn't been so consistent talking care in everyway I know, I'd be in really bad shape, obviously. Thank you Dr Berg. I tell everyone to listen to you. XOXO

Omg! A video I never knew I needed! I had mine removed when I had a full hysterectomy. I had no idea what to expect and my GP said exactly your words, "You'll be alright, you don't need them". And lo and behold years later, here is this vid! Thank you Dr Eric Berg. I am so very grateful for your work. Dr, please give guidance on general amounts/doses one should take of foods/supplements you recommend in all your videos. Thank you! 🙏💙🙏

Age 68 now and was full of fibroids at age 44 so had total hysterectomy. The Dr had said remove it battery, spark plugs and all because it’s just a cancer factory anyway. Have had some of those symptoms and wish I had known then that it was important to keep my ovaries. 🙄
I’m so thankful for the natural health information you provide!

Thank you. I have BRCA1 so made the informed choice to have them removed. With my family history of ovarian cancer and testing positive, it was a no brainer. I haven’t had any symptoms so must be lucky (my doctor recommended keeping uterus as it was unnecessary to remove it).

Thanks so much Dr. Berg. I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer ( CCC) and I have my ovaries, uterus and other connected organ removed. And I do face these consequences on a daily basis. Thanks so much once again for the wonderful things you are doing for this planet. Best wishes from your Fan from Bangladesh

I had to have mine removed after experiencing major depression from PMDD. Mother and aunts and grandmother also experienced it. It saved my life. However, I always wondered why I wasn’t encouraged to take any type of supplement after. Thank you so much for this!!

Well... keep in mind...that many of us had to have them removed because we had cancer!

The problem with this is most women have their ovaries removed due to cancer or the signs of precancerous so they cannot use any estrogen!

This is good information for my auntie because she had a hysterectomy back in the 1980s and she has been suffering badly ever since with night sweats hot flashes depression and other issues. She's off of the hormone replacement pills due to other issues that she doesn't want to talk about so I purchased some maca powder for her from the health food store but she says that it's not working so I'm going to refer this information to my auntie, especially the Ova pmg! thank you so much Doctor 🤗

I had 1 ovary taken out when I was 22 months old. It was engulfed with a softball sized tumor. I'm 53 now.

NO ONE, not even my recent natural doctor recommended any protocols for me.

Thank you for this video!!

Can u do a video about “Colon removed? Do this!”? I’ve been asking for this type of video for months now and would really love a video about that topic! Very little is said abt what happens to the body when the colon is removed and I’d love dr bergs take on it, for I’m sure he has info not many know about and it could help tons of people. Thanks so much!
