1. Bicycle tire pump
2. Scissors(preferably your wife's pair.
3. Cheap $2 sewing kit.

If you have pmdd its a last result to help it. I have pmdd and after many trips to in patient and suicidal thoughts one attempt we opted to go ahead with total hysterectomy and will clean out any endometriosis i have as well. I cant be more excited

I had that done both ovaries are still present but no cervix and it was vag assist. This was done at the age of 29 due to irregular cycles that wasn’t making my life any easier, one week light (3 days), the next heavy a whole week. Heavy days I can’t even move from my bed which was making it impossible to get my work done at a riding stable 🐎
