Ok I’m bored so I want to tell y’all how to make the egg flower fr.
1. Separate the yolk from the whites and put the yolk off to the side !DO NOT THROW AWAY!
2. With a mixer whip the egg whites until you can form “stiff peaks”. Stiff peaks means the white won’t fall and it will just stay in place.
3. Put your whipped egg whites in a piping bag and use a star tip *you can use any tip of choice but Star is best for the flower look!
4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper.
5. Carefully pipe the egg whites onto the tray making sure to leave a little hole. Put a bit of whites in the hole making sure not to see any parchment under the whites
6. Once you get your flower shape take your yolk the you put off to the side and put it in the hole
7. Then bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes if still raw cook for about 2 minutes more.
8. Your done! You could put it on toast pancakes etc or eat it on its own
