I don't believe 1 second that it was suicide. That man was murdered and we all know it.

Boeing needs to be held accountable for this

Sounds odd. This guy spent many years wanting to hold Boeing accountable for putting out a dangerous public product then he decides to let me forget about this and just kill myself instead. Sure.

Why would he wait until now to do this?
Boeing needs to be investigated.

I do not believe for 1 second that he committed suicide. How many whistleblowers have to die before we start listening? Any of us could be victim of this if we don't stand up against it. These Aerospace Companies have far more power than we can imagine.

why would he fight for 5 years to do this ONE DAY before the court date?

He was snuffed out! You are talking about a billion dollar military defence contractor! That was about to go thru divulging a history of Boeing corrupt business tactics!

If this happened in a hotel parking lot, there should be security camera footage available.

Something tells me the story that will be told will sweep this all under the rug.

The people that are willing to have planes full of passengers crash so they can make more money... I wonder if they would kill 1 person?

Folks that is a STAGED scene. It says that the gun was in his lap with his finger on the trigger. I have read descriptions from detectives who have come across a suicide. After pulling the trigger the gun goes flying out of the hand because of RECOIL. So, the gun would NOT be in his lap with the finger on the trigger. This man DIED a HERO, he risked his life to stop others from dying on these defective planes. Many his soul RIP.

The “suicide” note was a large bribe for the investigators to declare this a suicide.

In my opinion, a loud and clear message has been sent to other employees who are thinking about becoming a whistleblower against the company. He was about to take down a trillion dollar company. Either way I am never flying Boeing again.

The question is: How could his death be anything other than murder?

This is a classic hit on a witness. This was heating up, there was an enormous amount at stake due to his claims, dozens of people from multiple companies, not just boeing, could have ended up in federal prison. This was an expert hit, done by someone with extensive training and experience. They lured him to a city that was in the pocket of who did this. They knew they could get away with it there.
The biggest piece of evidence is that no one heard the gunshot in a hotel parking lot. A surpressor was used.

.... this is very suspicious - I dont expect an investigation but it *needs* to be investigated.
