Dr.K has talked about this but in the context of immigrant families: He explains why it's usually an obsession for parents to pressure their kids to become lawyers, computer programmers, doctors... etc instead of supporting them while they follow their calling. It's an interesting topic for sure. And listening to Kevin Dutton and Chris is delightful to my curiosity even though I sort of expected it.
