The plant you are holding is portulaca arfa, which is not jade but it's commonly known as jade these days. And this plant you are holding is a chemically induced variegated plants. The variegation of this plants is temporary. The new growth will be green, as usual plant. I think you need to make a video on artificial induced variegation for commercial reasons.

Jade plant not require any special fertilizer…it require less water n sunlight …it grow well in normal garden soil…even it’s any kind of cutting grow very easily in normal soil.

It is very hard to remove roots from cocopeat. In fact it is impossible. As such, the plant can never be repotted, can it? Thus, are we supposed to let it die in that pot?
