1 Rib-eye steak
1 tbsp Butter

MARINADE:
1 tsp Ground ginger
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
Pinch of Garlic powder
