Dear rog, I personally think rog ally is a very good device, if you read my comment, please make the screen border as small as possible, the black border on rog ally is quite thick, it looks quite real. Compared to other products on the market, the SD card should be placed in a different location because it is very hot and can easily damage the SD card. The battery has some extra space. I think the battery will be better in rog ally 2 or rog ally oled. something in the future, but the current software and user experience are very satisfied with most people, hope you guys will improve in the next ally version, I love rog

I’ve received an Armoury Crate update and this video was recommended for me. At first I was a bit annoyed, because I was sure that I had explored my Ally along and across, but I decided to give it a chance and did not regret it. I didn’t know about the option of holding the Сommand Сenter and Armoury Crate button. Also, I believe that I will find the optimal set up for Genshin Impact.

The hardware and design are top-notch; however, dealing with Windows was quite frustrating. It took me a couple of hours to update and set up, which was quite a hassle. Moreover, the unit had issues with Windows, as it wouldn't go to sleep properly when playing AAA games. I reached a point where I had enough with this unit and decided to sell it after just two weeks. In contrast, the Steam Deck with OLED is a much better option compared to the issues I faced with Windows.

Just bring out Ally 2 with VRR OLED 8” display with a functioning SD card reader and dual USB4 ports and make it in black for next year, don’t even bother with this first version. Oh yeah, keep those speakers- they are amazing!

Still can't connect my steam to network the only showing is bluetooth connections and proxy, even im connected to my wifi, my network won't show up in steam setup, I'm stuck here for 2 days can't play any games the first day i purchased this damn thing, im returning this device tomorrow to best buy not for me i guess I'll buy the steam deck i guess

Is anyone else having SD Card problems? I bought 1TB SD Card and plugged it into Ally, and it worked for a week, then died on me.. I think am going to really have to install a NVme SD in that thing!!

I set it all up and put in a SD card and it started smoking, can’t you explain how to get the most out of this feature? Is it a feature?

My command so is it there it’s not showing all those icons. This is the third one I’ve had. I’ve had to bring that to for the same issue when I’m trying to play a game like boulders gate three it’s just kicking me off controller mode and it’s putting me on desktop mode. It’s getting frustrating and yes everything is up-to-date
