You can also click the little closed circle next to the resolution slider to make it an open circle. Dynamesh will then take the scale into account automatically so you don't have to do any manual saling. That is a feature in this recent release

Hi.... i brought in a scale reference of a character(A) from blender to match scale with the one(B) i am doing in zbrush... after i increased the scale of B ( 35 to 177 units) to match A inside zbrush... now the lowest dynamesh resolution of 8 is giving me 2 million points and i am still in the ideation stage and would like the resolution to be below how can i drop the dynamesh res further...thanks

Even if i increase the size of the model the the Dynamesh gives me the same number of polygons, it maybe a bug in my version.
